Global Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and overall ownership of the shared Workday tenant (LIGO) to ensure value aligns with MSF strategy.
• Define and maintain a multi-year product roadmap, balancing competing demands from various entities and identifying innovation opportunities.
• Lead program governance by establishing management practices to control scope, priorities, risks, and resources.
• Act as the primary liaison between functional and technical stakeholders across multiple MSF entities.
• Manage globalized resources, including the Solution Architect and Tenant Administrator, and oversee vendor/partner relationships.
• Oversee Workday release cycles, testing strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize system performance.
• Develop reporting processes and KPIs to provide visibility on program status and benefits to the leadership board.

Requirements

• Tertiary degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience operating within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Direct experience with Workday or formal Workday training.
• Strong knowledge of program and portfolio management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Predictive).
• Proficiency in both English and French (minimum B2 level required).
• Demonstrated ability to manage change and motivate contributors in a multicultural setting.
