Global Product Marketing Manager Avène

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the global marketing strategy for the Avène sun care franchise in alignment with the overall brand strategy.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer/patient needs to propose innovative and differentiating product concepts.
• Build product development strategies and associated omnichannel content to drive profitable growth.
• Define and communicate strategic axes to international markets to ensure effective implementation.
• Optimize portfolio performance, including sales targets, profitability, pricing strategy, and budget management.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, creative agencies, and activation teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing from a business school (Bac +5).
• Significant experience in product development marketing or strategic marketing development.
• Proven experience working within omnichannel environments.
• Strong skills in implementing strategic marketing development plans.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with international teams.
• Proactive, organized, and highly creative with a strong sense of priority management.
