Global Product Manager/Senior GPM

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle management for selected PCR products to ensure on-market performance and growth
• Define and lead portfolio transition and end-of-life strategies based on data-driven analysis
• Monitor and communicate portfolio KPIs, including growth, risk, and operational constraints, to senior stakeholders
• Act as a customer advocate by engaging key segments to validate product-market fit and gather insights
• Partner with marketing to refine product positioning, messaging, and application-specific collateral
• Collaborate with regional commercial teams to ensure global commercial readiness and visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–5 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years
• PhD or equivalent practical experience
• Strong background in molecular biology with expertise in endpoint PCR, real-time PCR, and direct PCR
• Proven experience in product management or adjacent commercial roles such as sales, marketing, or field applications
• Ability to translate complex technical and business narratives into compelling communication
• Willingness to travel globally up to approximately 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing molecular consumables portfolios within a matrixed global organization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a pragmatic, business-driven mindset
