Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and product development through market research and the definition of new projects to expand the product portfolio.
• Develop and execute innovative international marketing strategies, including digital campaigns and collaborations.
• Perform trend analysis within the cosmetic industry to adapt product strategies accordingly.
• Manage projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales, subsidiary marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure strategic and operational alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the cosmetic industry.
• High level of English proficiency.
