Global Product Manager Electrification Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and execution of the electrical infrastructure portfolio, including power distribution and energy optimization services.
• Own and grow specific segments of the portfolio by shaping business models, pricing strategies, and frame agreements.
• Develop a 3–5 year product roadmap based on market analysis, customer applications, and competitive landscape research.
• Build business cases and secure product board approvals for new developments.
• Oversee product development from technical specification through to launch in collaboration with R&D, sourcing, and manufacturing.
• Support global sales teams with training, high-quality sales materials, and customer value propositions.
• Monitor product performance, total cost of ownership (TCO), and drive continuous improvement through feedback loops.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management.
• Professional background in mining or electrical infrastructure.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing and/or commercial activities.
• Strong financial analysis skills and familiarity with technology development.
• Experience working within global, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and synthesize technical information.
