Global Procurement Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Indirect Procurement strategies for the Andean Business Unit, translating regional strategies into local impact.
• Manage sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management across categories including MRO, Maintenance, and Industrial Services.
• Deliver productivity targets and cost optimization through strategic sourcing and supplier consolidation.
• Partner with manufacturing and business stakeholders to align procurement objectives with business priorities.
• Drive procurement automation and digital transformation using tools like SAP, Ariba, and Power BI.
• Lead and develop a team of 2–3 procurement professionals, fostering high performance and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and internal governance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Category Management.
• Proven experience managing categories such as MRO, Maintenance, Industrial Services, or Facilities.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Ariba (mandatory).
• Fluent English (mandatory) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with spend analysis and procurement reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations and contract management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate studies in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business Management.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Proficiency with Power BI and other digital procurement tools like Celonis.
