Global Procurement Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and publish the weekly GP News roundup, including content gathering, drafting, and distribution
• Work with program managers and functional leads to support content creation and editing for various updates
• Maintain the GP News SharePoint site by refreshing pages, updating resources, and improving site structure
• Support communication planning for GP programs, including audience mapping and tactical execution
• Develop supporting materials such as talking points, one-pagers, and slide content
• Integrate AI tools like Co-Pilot to drive efficiency in communication workflows
• Monitor engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improving usability and reach

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to summarize information clearly
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Co-Pilot

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or early-career experience in communications or content management
• Familiarity with internal communications within a corporate environment
• Experience editing or formatting content for digital channels like email and SharePoint
• Exposure to change communications or program support work
