Global Process Owner - R2R

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and maintain the global finance R2R and P2P process framework to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements
• Drive the standardization of finance processes across regions and business units to resolve process variations
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize process accuracy, efficiency, and quality through automation and technology
• Set and manage policies impacting P2P and R2R, including stakeholder engagement and ongoing reviews
• Manage stakeholder communications across functional teams including IT, Legal, Compliance, and External Reporting
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DPO and time to close, taking corrective action when necessary
• Direct change management efforts, including the implementation of process changes and training for impacted teams
• Identify and mitigate risks within the P2P and R2R processes to ensure compliance with internal controls
• Partner with IT to select and optimize systems and tools, supporting digital transformation through solutions like D365, Tipalti, and Blackline

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in P2P and R2R or related finance process management, preferably in a global or multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, controls, and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
• Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and process automation tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
• Change management or process improvement certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
