Global Process Lead - Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to gather and document 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' requirements for cross-functional finance processes
• Design and re-engineer integrated finance processes to optimize D365 F&O/BC functionalities
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and perform system configuration
• Manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAIDs) related to integrated finance processes
• Collaborate with data teams on master data design and migration strategies
• Develop UAT scripts and lead testing sessions for end-to-end finance processes
• Create training materials and deliver sessions on integrated finance functions
• Provide hands-on support during go-live and hypercare phases
• Ensure designs adhere to global design principles and solution architecture

Requirements

• Experience in finance process design, business analysis, or functional consulting
• Full lifecycle implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or D365 Business Central
• Knowledge of modules such as Cost Accounting, Project Management & Accounting, and General Ledger
• Understanding of integration points between finance and non-finance modules
• Experience with financial master data management and data governance
• Proficiency in documenting business processes and functional specifications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
