Global Private Credit Syndicate Associate

Responsibilities

• Run syndication processes for private credit financing transactions from launch through allocation and close
• Act as the day-to-day coordinator across origination, trading, legal, and client coverage teams
• Prepare and manage marketing materials, data rooms, investor outreach, and feedback tracking
• Interface directly with institutional investors to respond to diligence questions and manage communication
• Support pricing, structuring, and risk distribution decisions in partnership with senior team members
• Track market dynamics and investor appetite to inform future execution
• Manage multiple live transactions simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and execution quality

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience, ideally at the associate level
• Background in investment banking, capital markets, private credit, or structured credit
• Strong understanding of credit fundamentals and transaction mechanics
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in complex, fast-moving deal environments
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize under tight timelines
