Global Private Bank Marketing-Business Management, Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and drive priority initiatives for the Global Private Bank.
• Execute strategic projects and optimize communications for senior leadership and internal partners.
• Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations to convey strategic narratives to business partners.
• Manage and govern the communication process across the marketing management team.
• Coordinate across different functions to present a unified point of view in strategic discussions.
• Manage strategic budget planning, including prioritizing initiatives and tracking progress against key metrics.
• Plan and organize follow-up items for marketing management team meetings and other internal sessions.
• Identify operational improvements and efficiencies to optimize day-to-day business processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience, with specific exposure to or involvement in Wealth Management.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong project management and people management skills.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, succinct messages.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and re-prioritize quickly in high-pressure situations.
