Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end pricing and packaging strategy and implementation across all current and future markets
• Build and pressure-test financial models for new product capabilities and market entries
• Audit existing pricing to identify revenue opportunities and drive optimizations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Sales, and Executive teams to drive pricing decisions
• Design upsell motions and expansion pricing to accelerate customer growth
• Establish discounting guardrails to ensure commercial consistency
• Use AI tools to enhance pricing analysis, scenario modeling, and competitive benchmarking

Requirements

• Proven ability to build fast, clear, and actionable financial models
• Experience pricing into ambiguous or unknown markets using first principles
• Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple departments to drive consensus
• Strong storytelling skills to communicate complex pricing strategies to leadership
• Proficiency in using AI as a core tool for productivity and analysis
• Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes without direct ownership of all stakeholder functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience owning pricing and packaging in SaaS, hardware, or ag-tech industries
• Experience managing pricing across multiple global regions
• Background in pricing, commercial strategy, finance, or consulting within a high-growth environment
