Global Presales & Solutions

Responsibilities

• Perform product positioning and pitching to prospective global clients and partners
• Map customer requirements to Signzy products and services to solve specific pain points
• Deliver impactful presentations and technical product demonstrations to key decision-makers
• Conduct business analysis, requirement gathering, and scoping for techno-commercial proposals
• Collaborate with Project and Product teams to define effort estimates, delivery timelines, and infrastructure requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to address client technical, functional, compliance, and infosec requirements
• Train sales teams on product capabilities, compliance, and technology for assigned use cases
• Act as a liaison between Product and Sales teams to communicate client feedback and market insights

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Presales or Solutioning
• Strong understanding of the BFSI and Fintech industries
• Proficiency in creating professional presentation decks and proposal documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think on your feet
• Affinity for sales and technology, with an interest in Artificial Intelligence
