Responsibilities

• Execute the global PR roadmap and translate the founder’s vision into consistent narratives
• Act as a connector between PR and marketing teams to ensure full amplification of PR moments
• Build and manage relationships with top-tier global media to secure impactful coverage
• Support founder visibility through interviews, profiles, and speaking opportunities
• Identify opportunities for cultural relevance, earned buzz, and non-traditional PR activations
• Monitor and report on visibility, reach, share of voice, and sentiment

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in PR / Communications within beauty, luxury, fashion, or FMCG
• Experience in both agency and in-house/brand environments
• Experience working with founder-led brands or high-profile personalities
• Exposure to global markets and media ecosystems
• Strong storytelling instincts and coordination skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
