Global PR & Influence Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage collection logistics, including sending and returning sample sets, outfits, and inventory tracking
• Oversee press showroom maintenance and handle shopping requests
• Coordinate with international and local press offices and agencies
• Manage gifting stock and international/local shipping logistics
• Support various event projects such as Roland Garros, fashion shows, and collaboration launches
• Monitor, analyze, and report on media coverage and PR impact

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Launchmetrics is a plus
• Passion for the intersection of fashion and sport
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment
• Available for a 12-month apprenticeship starting in September 2026
