Global Portfolio Marketing Manager – Power

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for assigned power solutions.
• Build product launch and growth plans for a multilayer offering of products, systems, software, and solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for marketing content, including written materials, media, and events.
• Create detailed persona profiles and buyer journey insights to shape GTM strategies for target segments.
• Collaborate with global and regional sales teams to deliver impactful sales enablement tools and materials.
• Monitor market trends, industry shifts, and the competitive landscape to refine positioning strategies.
• Partner with product management, brand, digital, and demand generation teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical marketing within a B2B environment.
• Proven experience in the Data Center, IT infrastructure, or digital infrastructure industry.
• Technical knowledge of power systems, including UPS, switchgear, power distribution, and energy storage.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex technical differentiation into customer-centric narratives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects across various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
