Global Planning Data Specialist, Softgoods

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and animate an inbound transport control tower to improve shipment visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
• Own the forward-looking Order Delivery Performance (ODP) dataset, ensuring clarity on risks and opportunities for future deliveries.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Merchandising to align supply constraints and support mitigation plans.
• Prepare and analyze global datasets to support regional Sales & Operation Execution (SOE) meetings.
• Monitor global inventory clearance strategy execution across all Softgoods categories to ensure alignment with margin targets.
• Create and maintain automated, scalable Power BI dashboards and data models to enable efficient steering of supply and demand activities.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally in planning with a strong data analytics background.
• Strong understanding of inbound logistics flows, ODP, and S&OP/S&OE processes.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards independently.
• Proven ability to structure data, perform root cause analysis, and translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Strong transversal leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different functions and regions.
• High level of autonomy, initiative, and ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in multi-region or global environments.
• Prior experience in SOE animation or managing S&OP/S&OE cycles.
• Solid project management skills, including experience with cross-functional initiatives.
