About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive global Open to Buy (OTB) across pre-season and in-season trading for Men’s Leather Goods
- Partner with Central Merchants to shape collections that meet both creative and financial objectives
- Lead raw material forecasting and commitments to support on-time delivery
- Deliver central Collection OTB guidance and validate regional submissions
- Provide unit forecasts to Supply Chain to support vendor capacity planning and negotiations
- Deliver regular trade reporting and performance analysis to highlight risks and opportunities
- Manage re-orders, pull-forwards, and delivery flows across Retail and Wholesale
- Conduct category and division margin analysis to support sourcing, planning, and finance teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in a global planning role within a luxury or premium commercial environment
- Strong experience across Global Open to Buy, collection planning, and margin planning
- Excellent analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
