Global Planner, Men's Leather Goods

Responsibilities

• Drive global Open to Buy (OTB) across pre-season and in-season trading for Men’s Leather Goods
• Partner with Central Merchants to shape collections that meet both creative and financial objectives
• Lead raw material forecasting and commitments to support on-time delivery
• Deliver central Collection OTB guidance and validate regional submissions
• Provide unit forecasts to Supply Chain to support vendor capacity planning and negotiations
• Deliver regular trade reporting and performance analysis to highlight risks and opportunities
• Manage re-orders, pull-forwards, and delivery flows across Retail and Wholesale
• Conduct category and division margin analysis to support sourcing, planning, and finance teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in a global planning role within a luxury or premium commercial environment
• Strong experience across Global Open to Buy, collection planning, and margin planning
• Excellent analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
