Global Planner

Responsibilities

• Manage the weekly replenishment planning process in collaboration with regional teams.
• Conduct demand and sell-through data analysis to validate replenishment plans.
• Identify supply constraints and eliminate gaps by working closely with Regional Planning teams.
• Maintain optimal inventory positions to minimize excess while ensuring high customer service levels.
• Assist in the transition of new products into the global planning process and manage phase-out planning for end-of-life SKUs.
• Support ad hoc order fulfillment requests and perform root cause analysis for supply issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a planning function within a global manufacturing organization.
• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience using Oracle ERP or an equivalent system.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically with Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and build relationships with key stakeholders.
