About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and scale paid acquisition across channels including LinkedIn, Meta, and Demandbase
- Lead media planning and global paid social budget allocation
- Architect campaigns in-platform and lead audience segmentation
- Define creative requirements and ad formats in collaboration with the demand generation team
- Own the testing framework for creative, audiences, and channels
- Manage the paid media agency partnership and oversee execution
- Deliver channel performance reporting and build robust attribution models
- Collaborate with Regional Demand Generation Managers on local market strategy
Requirements
- 3–4 years of paid media or performance marketing experience
- Experience in B2B FinTech, payments, or SaaS preferred
- Proven experience in sales-led GTM motions and ABM frameworks
- Hands-on expertise with paid media platforms and campaign architecture
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and running tests
- Experience managing agency relationships
- Proficiency with CRM, MAP, and ABM platforms
