About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale paid acquisition across channels including LinkedIn, Meta, and Demandbase
  • Lead media planning and global paid social budget allocation
  • Architect campaigns in-platform and lead audience segmentation
  • Define creative requirements and ad formats in collaboration with the demand generation team
  • Own the testing framework for creative, audiences, and channels
  • Manage the paid media agency partnership and oversee execution
  • Deliver channel performance reporting and build robust attribution models
  • Collaborate with Regional Demand Generation Managers on local market strategy

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of paid media or performance marketing experience
  • Experience in B2B FinTech, payments, or SaaS preferred
  • Proven experience in sales-led GTM motions and ABM frameworks
  • Hands-on expertise with paid media platforms and campaign architecture
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and running tests
  • Experience managing agency relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM, MAP, and ABM platforms
