Global People Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of CareerHub, acting as the primary expert for users, HR partners, and global stakeholders
• Define platform priorities, manage the product backlog, and translate business needs into vendor roadmap discussions
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the vendor (Gloat), including tracking SLAs and influencing product direction
• Drive platform adoption through onboarding sessions, demos, webinars, and targeted support for employees and managers
• Design and lead structured change management plans to support rollouts and drive sustained behavioral change
• Develop targeted communication strategies to build awareness and keep the internal talent marketplace relevant
• Monitor usage and adoption metrics to provide data-driven insights for continuous user experience improvements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in platform ownership, HR technology, digital tools, or SaaS adoption
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, engaging with HR leaders, IT teams, and senior business partners
• Strong understanding of how SaaS tools work and the ability to translate user feedback into technical requirements
• Experience with change management, communications planning, or platform adoption programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
• University degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Management, or a related field
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in an ambiguous, global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
• Experience working within a large-scale global organization
• Proficiency in additional languages
