About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end coordination and execution of global People Operations projects, ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, and operational objectives.
  • Coordinate projects related to HR systems, payroll operations, process improvements, and systems integrations across multiple regions.
  • Act as the primary coordination point between People teams, Payroll, IT, Shared Services, and external vendors.
  • Manage external consultants, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure accountability and timely delivery of activities.
  • Oversee project governance, including project plans, milestone tracking, status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate testing activities, implementation readiness, cutover planning, and post-implementation stabilization support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • 5+ years of experience in Global or Regional Project Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Systems and Operations Projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in Payroll Implementations and Systems Integrations.
  • 3+ years of experience in Vendor and External Partner Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Governance and Status Reporting.
  • 3+ years of experience in Testing, Go Live, and Stabilization Support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field.
