Global Pensions, Benefits & Well-being Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Ericsson for Me employee benefits portal by coordinating updates and improving content
• Coordinate activities across global market areas and business units, tracking actions and progress
• Assist with Ericsson Care Line webinars and trainings, including logistics, communications, and surveys
• Provide administrative support for global benefit inventory updates and pension activities
• Create visually compelling materials and one-pagers using PowerPoint and Excel for stakeholders

Requirements

• Structured and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Very good English proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Genuine interest in HR, Total Rewards, pensions, or employee well-being

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Total Rewards, finance, or project coordination
• Background in communications or data analytics
• Interest in AI, automation, or digitalization within HR processes
• Currently completing 2–3 years of university studies in a relevant field
