About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day product development timelines for new products, extensions, and vendor transitions
- Coordinate across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical Development, Materials, QA, and Creative teams
- Ensure accuracy of product documentation including technical specifications and testing requirements
- Track sample requests, shipments, reviews, and revisions to maintain momentum
- Facilitate product reviews and approvals by internal teams
- Conduct in-person country development trips to strengthen vendor execution
- Partner with Sourcing to support material staging and production
- Maintain real-time data accuracy across product development systems
Requirements
- 10+ years in product development or factory-facing roles
- Deep functional category expertise in product and material standards
- Extensive experience working directly with factories and sample rooms
- Ability to work in San Francisco, CA with a 3-day per week in-office requirement
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
