Global PD Manager, Furniture

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day product development timelines for new products, extensions, and vendor transitions
• Coordinate across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical Development, Materials, QA, and Creative teams
• Ensure accuracy of product documentation including technical specifications and testing requirements
• Track sample requests, shipments, reviews, and revisions to maintain momentum
• Facilitate product reviews and approvals by internal teams
• Conduct in-person country development trips to strengthen vendor execution
• Partner with Sourcing to support material staging and production
• Maintain real-time data accuracy across product development systems

Requirements

• 10+ years in product development or factory-facing roles
• Deep functional category expertise in product and material standards
• Extensive experience working directly with factories and sample rooms
• Ability to work in San Francisco, CA with a 3-day per week in-office requirement
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
