Global Payroll Manager

Responsibilities

• Fully own payroll processing cycles for US, Germany, UK, and China regions in collaboration with external partners like ADP
• Ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time for all employees
• Manage pension and insurance processes and oversee reporting-related tasks
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory payroll requirements, including tax laws and country-specific rules
• Maintain accurate payroll data, employee information, and timesheets
• Resolve employee payroll issues, discrepancies, and concerns
• Process payroll accounting entries within NetSuite ERP
• Perform general ledger payroll reconciliations and analysis
• Act as a key point of contact for employees and statutory audits
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team on employee-related matters
• Stay informed on payroll laws and recommend policy updates

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in payroll management or accounting
• Experience in an international or e-commerce environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with US, German, British, or Chinese payroll
• Experience with ADP or other payroll systems
• Experience with NetSuite ERP
• Proficiency in German
