Global Payroll Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process all Global Payroll including US operations ensuring regulatory compliance
• Assist with payroll transformation from Papaya Global to CloudPay including parallel runs and reconciliation
• Manage vendor relationships with CloudPay focusing on SLAs, service quality, and accountability
• Support equity compensation processing for RSUs, stock options, and ESPP
• Supervise internal processes to ensure all payroll deadlines are met
• Stabilize Workday Payroll integration by partnering with Tech and Ops to resolve system issues
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Equity Admin, and HR teams
• Maintain internal controls for taxes, social contributions, benefits, and deductions
• Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience processing International Payroll
• Experience with US Payroll for a corporate company
• Proficiency in Workday (required)
• Experience with payroll software such as CloudPay, Papaya Global, OSV, or Globalization Partners
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Payroll Pro Certification
• Experience managing payroll for global mobile employees across multiple jurisdictions
