Global Packaging Procurement Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the PPWR compliance roadmap by coordinating projects across business units and functions
• Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure progress
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas and summaries, and follow up on key decisions
• Consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to prepare project status updates
• Maintain project documentation, reporting tools, and governance materials
• Assist senior procurement professionals with sourcing and supplier-related initiatives
• Conduct market research and supplier information gathering
• Contribute to data analysis and the use of digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of experience through internships, academic projects, or first professional experience
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• A proactive, structured, and learning-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of reporting or data visualization tools
• Interest in circular economy and regulatory topics
