Global OTC Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global marketing strategy and portfolio management for OTC brands to drive profitable growth.
• Coordinate product development and omnichannel content strategies to enhance brand visibility and profitability.
• Conduct continuous market analysis, including trends, competition, and consumer/patient needs, to propose innovative concepts.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from defining positioning and P&L to overseeing agency briefs and market launches.
• Optimize the existing product portfolio by monitoring sales objectives, pricing, profitability, and supply chain alignment.
• Evaluate and support the opening of new markets through detailed studies and commercial development support.
• Manage and develop the marketing team, including supervising a Product Manager and fostering professional growth.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally with a dual background in product development and operational marketing.
• Strong strategic vision and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Data-driven analytical skills with a strong focus on ROI and performance indicators.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment is highly appreciated.
