Global Opex and IE Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of internal FORVIA tools for production sites within the SOE division
• Coordinate the deployment of the Forvia Excellence System (Forvia ES)
• Implement "Production System" and "Plant Management" fundamentals within the local site
• Execute improvement projects focused on workflows, IE tasks, logistic concepts, and work systems
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen workshop processes in cooperation with relevant functions
• Design work systems to improve the productivity of production process flows
• Coordinate sustainable group work applications by supporting group leaders and supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, IT, or Automation
• 3 to 5 years of project management experience within an automotive or electronics manufacturing environment
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
• Advanced English communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts and influence change
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on project timelines
