Global Operations Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical rigor and produce fact-based reports and analyses to support executive decision-making
• Conduct extensive research and coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect business-critical data
• Analyze data to derive implications and create relevant business and industry reports
• Support the formulation of insights and recommendations as part of a Strategy project team
• Contribute to projects including global operations footprint design, supply chain optimization, and procurement strategy

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant work experience in top-tier management consulting
• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field from a top-tier university
• Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven project and change management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to influence across functional organizations
• Ability to work independently and guide junior team members while interacting with senior executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Strategic consulting experience in high-tech or automotive projects (e.g., fabless design, IDM, foundries, EMS, OSAT)
