Global Operations & Innovation Laboratory Intern

Responsibilities

• Support administrative processes and laboratory self-management operations
• Manage equipment maintenance, calibration, and verification plans
• Handle procurement, inventory management of consumables, and sample registration
• Assist with expense reporting and internal document control
• Support laboratory operations, including sample preparation and chemical/physical analysis
• Maintain health and safety standards and organize laboratory spaces and equipment

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in 6th to 8th semester of Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, or Business Administration
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (written and oral)
• Physical capability to work in an operational laboratory environment, including standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles (Lean Manufacturing), 5S, or Toyota Production System
• Familiarity with ISO standards
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or web page design
