Global Operations Center Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain business continuity across global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts
• Manage access and security systems from the Facilities Command Center
• Oversee building operations and identify issues using video feeds and system data
• Coordinate emergency responses for disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages
• Work closely with internal teams and emergency services to ensure a safe environment

Requirements

• Experience in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field preferred
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment
• US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available)
• Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area
• Availability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, as well as weekends
• COVID-19 vaccination
