Global Operations Center Technician

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time alerts and manage access and security systems to maintain business continuity.
• Oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center using video feeds and system data.
• Identify and respond to operational issues and disruptions, such as power outages or natural disasters.
• Coordinate emergency responses by working closely with internal teams and emergency services.
• Ensure a safe environment and assist in restoring normal operations quickly and effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field preferred.
• Strong situational awareness and decisive decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance is available).
• Availability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, as well as weekend days.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
