Global Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end multimodal shipment movements within the regional network, ensuring on-time performance and high quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external escalations to resolve client issues quickly.
• Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations with partners including steamship lines, drayage vendors, customs, and trucking.
• Follow and help build scalable standard operating procedures (SOP) to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Represent Flexport’s value proposition by leading business implementation and shipment execution for new clients.
• Monitor data quality and shipment milestones to ensure internal KPIs and SLAs are met.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or an equivalent high-level vocational qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or ocean freight operations within Poland.
• Knowledge of local Port and Terminal software systems.
• Fluency in both English and Polish.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a process-oriented, structured thinking approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a large volume of tasks effectively.
• Willingness to undergo a short-term relocation to Hamburg, Germany (4-6 months) for training, followed by permanent relocation to Warsaw, Poland.
