Global Operations APAC Finance Director

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, overseeing financial performance across APAC Global Operations and G&A functions.
• Drive strategic decision-making by providing financial insights across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Life Cycle Management, Quality, and Facilities.
• Lead the planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to align with corporate goals and maximize long-term growth.
• Manage complex operations finance topics, including standard costing, manufacturing capacity optimization, and variance analysis.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and margin improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute a product standard costing roadmap to drive refined cost estimates.
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with company policies, and continuous improvement of finance processes and digital tools.
• Attract, develop, and retain high-performing finance talent through effective leadership and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 15+ years of professional experience in Finance.
• 7+ years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Deep expertise in product costing and manufacturing finance.
• Strong analytical abilities with a metrics-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA.
• Experience leading high-performing teams in a complex global environment.
• Strong aptitude for risk assessment and strategic financial modeling.
