About the role
Responsibilities
- Strengthen relationships with US-based subsidiaries of global OEM partners in alignment with global account strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact in the United States for local entities of key global OEMs.
- Drive the integration of OEM partners into the service and support ecosystem to increase adoption of lifecycle offerings.
- Identify and enable growth opportunities in the US market by analyzing OEM operations and local market needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure customer success.
- Coordinate with VPNA dealers and service partners to deliver high-quality, consistent service experiences.
- Provide market insights and feedback to global account owners to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, industrial technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B account management experience, ideally within an OEM, distributor, or dealer setting.
- Experience working with global OEMs or managing relationships within complex customer organizations.
- Solid understanding of engine systems and industrial products.
- Proven ability to influence outcomes and operate cross-functionally without direct authority.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); bilingual skills in Spanish or Swedish are a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently (approximately 50%), including domestic and international trips.
