Global Mobility Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international assignment programs, including compensation development and cost projections.
• Support the development of relocation packages and draft necessary assignment documentation and offer letters.
• Partner with immigration firms and business leaders to secure and maintain company-sponsored work visas.
• Oversee U.S. immigration compliance processes, including PERM recruitment and maintenance of Public Access Files.
• Coordinate with relocation vendors, tax experts, and internal finance teams to oversee logistics and tax equalization.
• Audit vendor invoices for accuracy and coordinate payments with internal finance teams.
• Maintain mobility operations by updating metrics, tracking transfers, and ensuring compliance with global policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service experience, including experience within a Human Resources environment.
• Proven experience with immigration programs and administration, specifically Visa and Work Permit filings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in international assignment taxation and year-end tax reconciliations.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and an interest in using AI tools to improve process efficiency.
