Global Mobility, Payroll & Shared Services Professional

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, transfers, and offboarding.
• Oversee Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Absher Business to ensure compliance.
• Support Saudization compliance, localization initiatives, and government employment programs.
• Manage visa, residency, work permit, immigration, and mobility processes across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Coordinate with government authorities, PROs, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support UAE employment operations, including contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee data in SuccessFactors and act as the regional contact for HR operations and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing, HR generalist roles, shared services, or mobility, preferably in the Gulf Region.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, immigration laws, and payroll regulations.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors, payroll software, and Google Sheets.
• Must be a Saudi National.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
