Global Mobility & Immigration Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage complex EMEA mobility and immigration cases, resolving escalations and ensuring a human-first employee experience
• Own and lead regional immigration and mobility programs to align with global business goals and company strategy
• Drive process improvement and scalability by introducing tools, templates, and automated systems to streamline workflows
• Ensure regulatory compliance by staying ahead of evolving EMEA immigration regulations and mitigating risks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Equity teams to deliver integrated mobility initiatives

Requirements

• Significant experience in EMEA mobility and immigration, navigating complex regimes across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
• Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills to inform decisions and manage relocation challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate complex legal and tax jargon for employees and leaders
• Ability to adapt and manage competing priorities within fast-paced, high-growth, tech-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications

• AI fluency and a curiosity to use AI tools to enhance efficiency and insights in daily work
