Global Merchant - Women's Athletic

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, execution, and maintenance of line plans for the Women's Athletic category to deliver profitable assortments.
• Manage color and concept strategy to ensure cohesive seasonal and core offerings.
• Analyze global competitive landscapes and guest insights to drive pre-season planning and hindsight.
• Communicate seasonal assortment strategies and visual flow to regional partners quarterly.
• Partner with Global Planning to provide accurate style volumes and units for forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product commercialization aligns with global merchandising direction.
• Monitor regional selling results and connect with teams to understand financial performance.

Requirements

• BA, BSc, BBA, or BComm (or equivalent).
• Retail experience preferred; merchandising experience is an asset.
• Strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of retail math.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• An acute eye for product and design.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work on the retail floor.
