Global Masterplan & GTM Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the seasonal Masterplan process across regions and key stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for regional teams regarding Masterplan execution and readiness
• Ensure marketing assets, campaigns, and deliverables are planned, tracked, and delivered on time
• Act as the key interface between Marketing teams and the Salomon 360 organization
• Facilitate milestone reviews, launch readiness assessments, and decision-making processes
• Coordinate interactions between Product, Category, Brand Marketing, Commercial, and Regional teams
• Drive improvements to planning methodologies, governance, and internal marketing processes

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management, Go-To-Market, or related functions
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in international environments
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent English
