Global Markets - UGM Execution Sales

Responsibilities

• Provide Capital Markets solutions to wealth management clients across various asset classes based on CIO House View and market developments.
• Manage internal and external marketing and sales efforts for Capital Markets solutions, focusing on global equities (HK/China, US, Japan, etc.).
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling equity ideas and sales narratives to clients.
• Monitor financial market trends, economic developments, and news to identify investment opportunities.
• Update clients on developments affecting key investment theses and market conditions.
• Identify potential sales opportunities, organize collaborative actions, and track progress.
• Manage daily product offering processes to improve efficiency and enhance client service experiences.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Proven working experience in the Capital Markets field.
• Strong technical background in financial markets, preferably in global equities.
• Direct client-facing experience with strong interaction and servicing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver precise, quality work.
• Strong team player capable of collaborating across various bank functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA designation or progress toward certification.
• Proficiency in business Mandarin.
• Deep understanding of different market rules and regulations.
