Global Markets - Electronic Trading Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Carry out risk-oriented checks on high-risk client relationships, client groups, financial advisors, and products
• Ensure risk strategies and policies are communicated, implemented, and enforced across the business
• Provide transparent risk reporting to management, regulators, and other internal units
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks by proactively formulating holistic solutions
• Provide expert advice and feedback regarding regulatory and compliance issues

Requirements

• Experience in Electronic Trading within a Business, Product Management, IT, or Risk Control capacity at an investment bank or asset manager
• Deep understanding of equity market events and structures and their influence on control effectiveness
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience handling large data sets
• Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment regarding issue escalation
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritize in a changing market environment
