Global Markets Client Office EMEA

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-asset client campaigns and regional initiatives for priority clients to identify opportunities and track outcomes.
• Deliver large-scale analytics on wallet gaps, campaign performance, and thematic trends to inform commercial strategy.
• Act as the "Voice of the Client" by running structured internal reviews and forums with Sales, Trading, and senior stakeholders.
• Support key client deliverables including account management, new PM onboarding, and strategic discussions.
• Organize end-to-end broker reviews and client events, managing all planning, materials, and logistics.
• Generate actionable client intelligence using advanced analytics and emerging AI tools to support sales workflows.
• Produce concise, senior-ready briefings, performance reports, and decision-oriented presentations.

Requirements

• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to prioritize across different regions.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in large-scale data analysis and translating data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, specifically in preparing high-level presentations and reports for senior management.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and cross-asset products.
• Experience in client coverage, sales, strategy, or similar functions within a financial institution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI tools, data/analytics platforms, or programming languages such as Python or Power BI.
• Experience working with industry datasets such as Coalition or McLagan.
• Exposure to Equities, FICC, or derivatives.
