Global Marketing Manager - Industrial OE

Responsibilities

• Develop and own industry-specific marketing strategies aligned with Business Unit goals and corporate priorities
• Translate Business Unit objectives into integrated marketing plans, including campaigns, content, events, and sales enablement
• Execute internal and external communication campaigns to increase brand awareness and product innovation visibility
• Define target personas, value propositions, and key messaging for assigned industrial sectors
• Manage the conception, preparation, and execution of external events such as trade shows and customer events
• Create and adapt channel-specific content for social media, websites, magazines, and brochures
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling, and market-ready messages
• Collaborate globally with Category Managers, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams
• Coordinate and manage external service partners and agencies, including creative and event vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within a global enterprise
• Proven experience in the creation, execution, and oversight of marketing campaigns
• Experience in graphic design, corporate branding, and event management
• Professional business proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
• Strong project management, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Additional language skills
• Exposure to global or matrixed organizational structures
