About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the annual global marketing plan and budget aligned to brand strategy and business objectives
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring regional nuances are reflected in global plans
  • Build and maintain a global marketing calendar and a structured brand asset library
  • Brief and manage internal teams and external agencies to deliver assets on time and to brief
  • Lead the development of customer case studies, testimonials, and advocacy content
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and events for brand growth and lead generation
  • Develop integrated campaign toolkits for regional marketing teams
  • Track performance, compile reports, and analyse ROI across all campaigns
  • Monitor marketing budgets, expenditure, and invoicing processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, travel, or entertainment sectors
  • Proven experience in campaign management, brand development, or content marketing
  • Experience developing marketing plans and brand assets from strategy through execution
  • Proven track record in creating customer case studies and advocacy content
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships and events
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple timelines and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with copywriting capability
  • Experience with budget management and ROI reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with CMS, social media platforms, and marketing automation/CRM tools
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
