Global Manufacturing Program & Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing readiness and support plant-to-plant transfers across global sites
• Ensure controlled engineering and supply chain execution for product transitions
• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including supplier management and material flow
• Oversee product lifecycle processes, specifically EOL (End of Life) and NPD (New Product Development) stage-gate execution
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, BOMs, and workmanship standards
• Support new product introduction programs and manage global supply chain activities across international sites

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations management
• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain activities and production support
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Willingness to travel up to 25% globally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using data-driven reporting tools such as Power BI
• Strong ability to influence and drive accountability across global cross-functional teams and suppliers
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and process stability
• Experience with project tracking tools and manufacturing execution reporting
