Global Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized manufacturing processes across all DCLC production sites
• Lead industrialization efforts for new products, including process definition and tooling development
• Drive global Lean initiatives to harmonize best practices and eliminate process variation
• Collaborate with Quality engineering to develop globally consistent PFMEAs and control plans
• Partner with R&D and Operations to ensure new product designs support standardized manufacturing requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of manufacturing engineering experience in a multi-plant or global role
• Proven experience implementing standardized manufacturing processes across multiple sites
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and process capability tools (DOE, SPC, PFMEA)
• Experience with complex mechanical, thermal, or fluid system manufacturing
