Global Licensing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the global licensing team in providing television and film content to broadcast and platform partners worldwide
• Coordinate logistics for TV and film sales markets, including scheduling meetings, booking transportation, and client welcoming
• Track festival interest and manage submissions in coordination with internal teams
• Produce availability reports and update team databases using Airtable, Google Sheets, and internal tools
• Monitor deal status for television and film sales, including legal and delivery tracking
• Conduct research on market trends, ratings, sales data, and competitive distribution landscapes
• Organize sales data and support revenue data ingestion needs for the VOD platforms sales team
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Delivery, Marketing, Publicity, and Legal to service international partners

Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced business environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Airtable
• Strong analytical, modeling, and reporting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in-person from our New York City office

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or knowledge of the international sales industry
• Ability to speak additional languages
• Strong aptitude for learning and leveraging new technologies and tools
