Global Lean Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of the Amer Sports Production System (ASPS) across Winter Sport Operations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote the exchange of best practices across international production sites.
• Lead Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives with a focus on owned manufacturing locations.
• Collaborate with plant managers to define and execute site-specific improvement measures.
• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to an international Lean team.
• Ensure transparency and uniform performance management across all production sites.
• Lead change and transformation projects from conception to sustainable implementation.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, or a comparable field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in production, manufacturing, or Lean Management, ideally in an international environment.
• Deep expertise in production processes, Operational Excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
